BantabaMarkets is a small, early-stage team building a community prediction-pooling platform for The Gambia and Senegal. We're remote-first, move quickly, and every person on the team owns real, visible pieces of the product, and there's no layer of process between an idea and it shipping.

What we look for

• Ownership. We're early enough that most things haven't been decided yet. We want people who notice what's missing and go fix it, not people waiting to be told exactly what to do.
• Comfort with an unfinished product. Parts of BantabaMarkets are still being built in public: Senegal expansion, for instance, is still pending local licensing even though real-money staking is already live in The Gambia. We want people who are energized by that stage, not put off by it.
• Genuine care about the community we serve. This platform only works if people in The Gambia and Senegal trust it with their money and their time. That has to matter to you, not just be a line in a mission statement.
• Directness. Small team, no committees. We say what we think, disagree openly, and move on once a decision is made.

Current openings

We don't have specific roles posted publicly right now. The team is small and we hire opportunistically rather than running a continuous pipeline. That said, we're always glad to hear from people who'd be a strong fit for where we're headed, particularly in engineering, product, compliance, and community/operations across The Gambia and Senegal.
